What is a kettlebell? It is a cast iron ball with a handle. They come vary in weight from 2 lbs- 102 lbs. It has been around since the 1700’s!!
Why use a kettlebell? Kettlebell training delivers extreme all-around fitness, combines strength and cardio for a fat burning workout, and improves flexibility, mobility and agility!!
Who can use a kettlebell? Anyone! They are safe as long as you are taught the proper technique by a certified kettlebell instructor.
The Kettlebell class is part of our small group training program - a specialized offering of classes that target people who want more personalized training than you can get in a large classroom setting and costs significantly less than one-on-one training sessions.
