- Running Club: Looking for inspiration, motivation, and that little extra push to keep you focused and connected to running? Join the MTVAC Running club! We strive to make training a fun, exciting and non-intimidating experience in a friendly environment. Come learn, train, and race with us! The benefits of joining include: meet members who share an interest in running, talk and train with runners of all levels, encouragement and support for your fitness goals, participate in weekly training runs, opportunity to compete in local races on the MTVAC team.
- 1-on-1: If you want some extra motivation or to take your workout to the next level, try working 1-on-1 with a personal trainer. Our certified personal trainers can help you meet your health and fitness goals and make exercise a part of your daily life.
- Group personal training: Our personal trainer will lead you and your group through a total body fitness workout.
- Junior athletic conditioning: This program is designed for the young athlete to improve performance in sports while in season or out. Main focus will be on Balance, Coordination, Speed, Agility, Stamina, Flexibility, and Strength.
