“When I joined the MTVAC a year ago, I started out using the gym and then decided to try personal training with Erin Mulhern.  My goals were to lose weight and improve my tennis fitness. After a few months I really felt a change- I was feeling stronger.  Erin made it tough but fun- no two sessions were the same. I entered a few races and ran personal best times in them and so I decided to do the Marine Corps Marathon. I finished 15 minutes faster than my previous marathon 3 years earlier.
